Two ways to support a GPU deployment

Finance a fleet your business owns, or help a hosted operator bring its hardware and financing together.

Buying GPUs to sell compute

If your business is acquiring hardware and serving compute customers, the loan review considers the GPUs, operating plan and eligible customer revenue. Define the fleet separately from the building and power infrastructure.

Hosting an operator's equipment

If your customer owns the GPUs, that operator is the potential borrower. The colocation agreement and site requirements become part of the financing review.

Establish the site's role

The financing process addresses installation verification, operating requirements and lender access rights. Clarify those responsibilities alongside the hosting agreement.

Common questions

This page covers eligible GPU deployments. It does not establish eligibility for land, buildings or standalone power projects.

The loan structure allows eligible GPUs to remain deployed and generating revenue while they serve as collateral. Data-center access, monitoring and collateral requirements form part of the financing agreement.

The origination team reviews the deployment and required materials. Qualifying requests move through underwriting, documentation and funding conditions, followed by ongoing servicing and monitoring.
