Questions from institutions
No. When a position is acquired through GLX, servicing stays in place for the full term of the loan. The transaction documents set the buyer's rights and the reporting you receive. Nothing changes for the borrower, so the loan file stays consistent from origination through repayment.
Positions become available once a financing originated through USD.AI is seasoned and performing. Qualified institutional counterparties under NDA can discover specific opportunities through GLX. Larger facilities can be offered in portions sized to a mandate. To discuss eligibility, contact hello@usd.ai.
Every loan through USD.AI comes with one file: a Compute IQ assessment of the operator, customer and contract, plus the loan structure, funding conditions and monitoring approach. The same format lets institutions assess exposure once and compare loans side by side.
A bankruptcy-remote special-purpose vehicle holds the GPUs, customer contract and revenue account. The lender group holds a first-priority security interest and step-in rights at the data center. The operator contributes at least 20% equity before funding and a three-month debt-service reserve at closing.
Straight-line amortization over 3–5 years pays down principal over the hardware's scheduled working life. A warrantied GPU value schedule is set at origination, and telemetry monitors uptime and server health throughout the life of the loan.
Financing starts at about $5 million and scales to large facilities for GPU cloud operators in the Compute Middle Market. Typical transactions range from $20 million to $150 million, with portions sized to an institution's mandate. Sizes and terms are shared with qualified counterparties under NDA.
