Financing for an owned GPU cluster

Assess a hardware purchase against your deployment plan and the customer revenue available to repay the loan.

Establish ownership and repayment

The borrower must own or acquire eligible hardware and demonstrate financeable revenue. Planned model usage or an internal compute budget alone does not establish an eligible borrowing request.

Prepare the cluster for review

Bring the hardware purchase order, hosting agreement, equity contribution and customer revenue documentation. Compute IQ assesses the company, customer credit and contract terms alongside the deployment.

If your company rents compute

The hardware owner is the potential borrower. Your capacity agreement may form part of its financing review. Ask your provider about financing its deployment.

Common questions

Financing requires eligible revenue to support debt service. A future product plan or expected funding round alone does not meet that requirement.

A first deployment can be considered. The assessment includes the operating team, customer strength, revenue arrangements, hardware and available equity.

Compute IQ assesses operator quality, customer credit and contract strength. Loan sizing also reflects the hardware, available equity and transaction structure. Final terms are established through underwriting and documentation.
