What Is $CHIP
$CHIP is the governance and utility token of the USD.AI protocol.
Holders of $CHIP may stake their tokens to govern the protocol's core parameters across three domains:
- Protocol Risk and Credit Policy: collateral eligibility, underwriting thresholds, and interest rate controls.
- Fee Surfaces and Capital Allocation: how origination, servicing, and liquidity fees are collected and routed.
- Staking Module: supports the protocol's insurance framework
- Protocol Upgrades
USD.AI is a GPU-backed lending protocol that creates a liquid, on-chain debt market for AI infrastructure. Since launch in 2025, USD.AI has executed $225 million in loans with over $1.2 billion in approved facilities.. Borrowers include publicly listed neoclouds and institutions across North America, Europe, Australia, Latin America and Asia.

For ICO and Airdrop Participants
$CHIP is available to trade immediately. If you have not claimed your tokens, head to the USD.AI app and complete the claim first. The deadline to claim is May 30, 2026.
Level Up ICO participants
Protected $CHIP unlocks at YT maturity (Jun 17, 2026; and or Oct 14, 2026) and will be settled at $270M / $190M FDV. The price difference will be refunded in USDC.
Before maturity, two options are available:
- Withdraw $CHIP early and trade freely. Note that choosing this option forfeits Level Up rights.
- Request a USDC refund at 300M FDV at any time. Note that choosing this option forfeits $CHIP.

Flatiron (Allo Game S2)
Flatiron is live. In this new season of Allo Game, all rewards will be distributed through $CHIP airdrops.
Earn points across four strategy types:
- Stake $CHIP, or add liquidity on DEXs
- LP or stake USDai / sUSDai on Curve, Gamma, Aerodrome, Balancer, Fluid, or Maverick
- Supply USDai or sUSDai on Fluid, Euler, Silo, Morpho, or Gearbox
- Buy or lock YTs and LPTs on Pendle

What's Next
sCHIP is now live and earning Allo points. More utilities and features to be added in the coming weeks. As the protocol matures, $CHIP holders will have increasing influence over the parameters that shape how AI infrastructure gets financed on-chain.
On the lending side, the focus is on execution. With the credit framework and legal infrastructure established, the next phase is deploying capital at scale, expanding the borrower base, deepening institutional partnerships across markets, and growing real revenue from real hardware.
