August added more capital to the GPU financing pipeline and more income-producing assets to the USD.AI portfolio.

USD.AI secured a $100 million stablecoin debt facility from Bullish, funded $22.8 million across two GPU deployments, and saw sUSDai supply pass $400 million.

At month-end, USD.AI reported $492.1 million in TVL, $281.8 million in lifetime deployed capital, and a 7.20% net APY for sUSDai.

$100 Million from Bullish

USD.AI secured a $100 million stablecoin-based debt facility from Bullish (NYSE: BLSH). The facility provides additional capital for GPU-backed financings originated by USD.AI.

Bullish also plans to onboard sUSDai across multiple trading pairs with dedicated market-making support. Once live, these markets are expected to provide more secondary liquidity and improve price discovery for GPU-backed credit.

sUSDai Passes $400 Million

sUSDai supply crossed $400 million in August, up 93% since March after adding more than $194 million in net supply.

Supply has risen 93% since March, adding over $194M in net supply, while continuing to offer consistently high yield.

Following the Allo Game Season 1 reset, sUSDai recovered its outflows and continued beyond its previous high. The growth increasingly reflects demand for real-world yield tied to the financing of AI infrastructure.

At month-end, sUSDai earned 7.20% net APY. USD.AI has generated $22.4 million in cumulative yield.

$22.8 Million Enters the Active Credit Book

Two GPU financings were funded during August:

QumulusAI, $15.3 million: The NVIDIA B300 deployment was installed and independently verified before capital was released. This is the third draw under QumulusAI’s $500 million facility with USD.AI and carries a fixed 15% rate.

Corvex, $7.5 million: The financing is backed by a delivered and commissioned NVIDIA B200 deployment. It carries a fixed 10% rate over three years.

These are borrower-level rates. sUSDai’s net APY reflects the blended portfolio after protocol fees and associated costs.

From AI Usage to Onchain Yield

The yield begins with AI companies paying for compute. USD.AI finances the GPUs neoclouds need upfront, and the interest paid by those operators supports the portfolio behind sUSDai.

Watch David Choi, CEO and co-founder of Permian Labs, the developer of USD.AI, explain the connection between AI usage and sUSDai yield on WYCF.

What Happens Before Capital Is Released?

In theory, USD.AI lends against GPUs to neoclouds. In practice, each financing relies on a network of third parties and legal protections governing how capital, collateral, and cash flows move.

USD.AI’s latest deep dive follows every party and control involved, from the borrower and OEM to the data center, escrow agent, independent verifier, and insurer.

One Year of USD.AI

USD.AI completed its first $620,000 GPU-backed financing one year ago. Lifetime deployed capital reached $281.8 million by the end of August.

At the one-year mark, the portfolio included 16 financings across 13 borrowers, including four publicly listed neoclouds. One financing had been repaid ahead of schedule.
