*Yield information: Current net and gross APYs are the staking yields reported by the USD.AI app at the displayed observation time. Net APY (CHR) is net APY including any top-up under the CHIP Hurdle Rate (CHR). Under the CHR, the CHIP Foundation intends to support net APY toward 7.00%, subject to available capital. Top-ups come from the Yield Reserve, which is funded over time from GLX gain-on-sale proceeds. The CHR is not a guaranteed minimum, and net APY can fall below 7.00% if capital is not available. Projected gross APY is a forward-looking estimate and may rely on assumptions about loan deployment, borrower performance, reserve or escrow earnings, utilization and fees. Loan APRs describe loan interest rates and are distinct from staking APYs. Figures refresh periodically; a stale or unavailable source is identified beside the metric. No yield or projection is guaranteed. Actual performance may be lower, zero or negative. Withdrawal requests are processed in 30-day cycles and paid in order from available cash. When cash is short, unfilled requests carry into later cycles and payment can take longer. Loan defaults, collateral losses, and smart contract or operational failures can cause losses.

Residual-value warranty: where a loan carries one, it may cover part of a shortfall on qualifying server sales, subject to its terms. Coverage may be briefly suspended during a market-wide shock and does not apply when the SPV holding the assets is sold. Holders can lose principal.
