We’re excited to open the Private Beta for USD.AI, a synthetic dollar protocol designed to bring real infrastructure financing onchain.

The rise of artificial intelligence has sparked an urgent demand for compute, energy, and connectivity. But while demand accelerates, supply can’t keep up. Hardware is scarce. Power is constrained. Bandwidth is limited. The bottleneck isn’t innovation; it’s financing.

Traditional infrastructure capital hasn’t evolved. Most of it flows through centralized institutions, built for large incumbents. For newer operators, especially in the DePIN and decentralized infra space, access to capital is slow, rigid, or unavailable. It’s not designed for the pace or shape of this new wave.

At the same time, crypto has matured into a liquid, globally accessible capital network. DeFi has deep reserves, but that capital isn’t being used to build anything tangible. Most stablecoins earn passive yield from T-Bills or staked ETH. They don’t fund infrastructure. They don’t finance anything.

USD.AI is built to change that.

We’re introducing a new kind of synthetic dollar designed to move DeFi capital into the real economy, starting with the physical infrastructure powering the internet, AI, and energy systems of the future.

What Is USD.AI?

USD.AI introduces a dual-asset model:

• USDai: a low-risk synthetic dollar, fully collateralized by tokenized U.S. Treasuries
• sUSDai: a high-yield variant backed by fixed-term, amortizing loans to infrastructure operators, secured by tokenized real-world assets like GPUs, EV chargers, and telecom equipment

This hybrid structure combines the baseline security of sovereign collateral with the income-generating potential of decentralized physical infrastructure.

These aren’t algorithmic coins. They aren’t derivatives of crypto volatility. They’re onchain representations of structured credit, built to scale infrastructure.

What We’re Launching

This Private Beta is the first phase of USD.AI’s rollout. It’s a limited launch for a small group of partners helping validate the protocol’s core mechanics.

Participants can:

• Mint USDai and sUSDai on Arbitrum
• Stake to earn yield from tokenized infrastructure credit, not emissions
• Interact with live collateral markets backed by real-world assets like GPUs, bandwidth nodes, and mobile chips

There’s no public app, no press, and no points farming. This phase is about working closely with builders, borrowers, and capital allocators to shape the foundations of InfraFi.

What’s Next

The public launch is coming soon. We’re preparing support for Mainnet, Berachain, and other DeFi ecosystems, along with deeper integrations across infrastructure networks.

We’ll also roll out Cores, our rewards and points program. Private Beta participants will be early recipients, recognized for their contributions during this initial phase.
