CHIP ICO, Airdrop, and What's Next​

For six months, Allo Game participants have helped USD.AI bootstrap the protocol and played the game to earn the most amount of points and alignment. Season 1 of the Allo Game is closing so we can move to the next: scaling on-chain credit and launching CHIP through a public ICO and Airdrop.​

ICO Structure

The CHIP ICO will run on CoinList. Season 1 Allo Game participants who earned points can begin KYC and wallet registration ahead of the sale window.

• Token: CHIP
• Token price: $0.03 dollars per token
• Fully diluted valuation: 300,000,000 dollars
• Allocation: 700,000,000 CHIP (7% of total supply)
• Unlock: 100% at TGE (no vesting for ICO tokens)
• Minimum purchase: $100 dollars
• Accepted assets: USDC and USDT on Ethereum
• Distribution: CHIP sent to non-custodial external wallets provided at purchase

Airdrop

The Airdrop links Season 1 Allo Game participation to CHIP distribution at TGE.

• Airdrop asset: CHIP
• Distribution timing: On the TGE date
• Minimum size: None
• Destination: The default wallet registered in app.usd.ai

There is no separate claim process; eligible wallets receive tokens automatically.

Participants remain responsible for maintaining control of their keys and ensuring that their configured wallet addresses are accurate at the time of distribution.

Getting Your Wallet Ready

Once Season 1 of the Allo Game ends on Feb 18, you'll be able to add or change your default wallet.

ICO Aligned:

1. Complete KYC on CoinList using the wallet that holds your Allo points
2. Once verified, you can add or switch wallets through your CoinList account or directly on app.usd.ai

Airdrop Aligned:

Add or change your wallet directly on app.usd.ai — no additional steps needed

Alignment and Eligibility

Allo points alone are not enough. Alignment at the end of the Allo Game is the gating condition for both the Airdrop and ICO access linked to Allo points.

If you have no alignment when the Allo Game ends, your Allo points will be burned.

In that case, you will NOT be eligible for the Airdrop or for ICO participation that depends on Allo points.

To qualify, you must participate in at least one strategy marked “ICO” or “Airdrop” on the public strategy sheet. Even minimal participation in a qualifying strategy is sufficient; the system is structured so that a small, deliberate action is preferable to passive point accumulation.

The strategy list is public, with “ICO” and “Airdrop” labels on each qualifying strategy. Participants should verify that they have at least one aligned position before the Allo Game concludes.
