New $200m USD.AI Financing Facility for Quantum Solutions

Quantum Solutions Co., Ltd., (TSE: 2338) a publicly listed technology company in Japan, has authorized a guidance facility of up to $200m USD following approval by its Board of Directors. The structure enables the company to access our GPU mortgages, onchain credit, through the USD.AI protocol as it expands its AI data center footprint across Japan and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

Quantum Solutions maintains a dual corporate mandate, focusing on AI infrastructure development and Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) management. The AI division deploys and operates large clusters of high-performance GPUs, essential for AI training and inference services across the Asian market. Simultaneously, the company operates as a publicly listed DAT entity, holding a corporate treasury of major digital assets, including Ethereum and Bitcoin. This strategy positions Quantum Solutions as a regulated intersection between traditional capital markets and the decentralized Web3 economy. The dual business model provides a unique risk profile suitable for securing asset-backed financing.

This guidance facility follows the recently announced $500m non-recourse loan facility with QumulusAI, creating a broader path for operators to access compute-backed financing through a standardized, transparent structure. Together, these developments signal a material expansion in real-world asset participation within the USD.AI ecosystem.

USD.AI provides Quantum Solutions with a strategic, non-dilutive financing facility essential for its scale requirements. The protocol delivers non-recourse loans secured exclusively by the underlying GPU infrastructure, isolating risk from the corporate balance sheet. This credit is enabled through USD.AI's independent tokenization framework, CALIBER, which verifies and converts the GPU collateral into onchain assets, establishing a standardized, transparent basis for capital access.

Quantum Solutions is the first operator in Japan to adopt onchain credit infrastructure at institutional scale.

USD.AI is actively scaling its GPU mortgage product, establishing a core mechanism for financing essential AI infrastructure. The protocol has now facilitated the approval of over $700m USD in financing facilities from publicly listed technology companies, demonstrating the model's institutional adoption and scale. It achieves this advantage by offering transparent, non-recourse credit onchain, effectively linking global blockchain liquidity with productive, verifiable real-world assets and establishing a replicable system for future AI compute expansion.
